Firaxis Games has shared the roadmap for Civilization 7, revealing that the strategy game will receive a steady flow of new content post-release, most of which will be paid.
March DLC Additions
In March, owners of the paid DLC will gain access to new civilizations: Carthage, Bulgaria, and Nepal, as well as leaders Simon Bolivar and Ada Lovelace. (Yes, Ada Lovelace isn’t a politician, but the first female programmer—seems the developers are taking creative liberties!) Additionally, the expansion includes Great Britain, marking a notable first in franchise history, as this significant nation is cut from the main game.

Free March Content
For those not opting for the paid DLC, Firaxis has generously provided free content in March, including two new events and two natural wonders: Everest and the Bermuda Triangle. However, four additional natural wonders will be exclusive to the DLC.
Upcoming DLC from April to September
Between April and September, Civilization 7 will see a second paid DLC release, which will feature two new leaders, four nations, and four natural wonders. Similar to the March update, events will be offered as free content.
Release Information
Civilization 7 is slated for release on February 11 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch.
It looks too expensive, and I’m not sure that it will cost it
